Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") define the terms and conditions for using the TTTravel platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), accessible at tttravel.com and app.tttravel.tattoo.

TTTravel is a B2B marketplace connecting tattoo artists ("Artists") with tattoo studios ("Shops") for organizing guest spots.

2. Acceptance of ToS

Registration and use of the Platform implies full acceptance of these ToS. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the Platform.

TTTravel reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of any changes by email or notification on the Platform.

3. Registration and user account

3.1 Registration requirements

To create an account on TTTravel, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a tattoo professional (artist or shop owner)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Have a valid email address

3.2 Account responsibility

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity from your account is presumed to be your doing. In case of fraudulent use, contact us immediately.

4. Services offered

4.1 For Artists

  • Create a professional profile with portfolio
  • Search for shops accepting guests
  • Send guest spot requests
  • Integrated messaging with shops
  • Availability management

4.2 For Shops

  • Create an establishment profile
  • Publish availability for hosting guests
  • Receive and manage requests
  • Integrated messaging with artists
  • Define hosting conditions (commission, equipment, etc.)

4.3 Subscriptions

TTTravel offers free and premium subscriptions. Available features vary by subscription type. Prices are displayed on the Pricing page.

5. User obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

  • Provide truthful information on your profile
  • Not impersonate another person
  • Respect other users
  • Not publish illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Not use the Platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Not circumvent the Platform's security mechanisms

6. Relationship between users

TTTravel acts solely as a technical intermediary between Artists and Shops. We are not a party to agreements made between users.

Guest spot conditions (dates, commission, equipment provided, etc.) are negotiated directly between the Artist and the Shop. TTTravel is not responsible for disputes that may arise.

We encourage users to formalize their agreements in writing and to verify reviews and references before any collaboration.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, features, and content (excluding user content) are the exclusive property of TTTravel and are protected by intellectual property laws.

By publishing content on TTTravel (photos, texts, etc.), you retain your intellectual property rights but grant TTTravel a non-exclusive license to display this content on the Platform.

8. Moderation and sanctions

TTTravel reserves the right to moderate published content and remove any content that violates these ToS or the law.

In case of breach of ToS, TTTravel may suspend or permanently delete a user account, without notice or compensation.

9. Limitation of liability

TTTravel shall not be held liable for:

  • Information published by users
  • Disputes between users
  • Damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform
  • Temporary service interruptions for maintenance or updates
  • Data loss in case of force majeure

The Platform is provided "as is." TTTravel strives to ensure the availability and security of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Personal data

TTTravel collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion results in the erasure of your personal data, except for data we are legally required to retain.

TTTravel may terminate or suspend your account in case of violation of these ToS.

12. Governing law and disputes

These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
